PROCLASSIC 1MM edging solidly adheres to the substrate and seals the surface completely to protect it from the impact, moisture and U.V. light. This subtle PVC edging allows for easy trimming whether applied by hand or with a conventional edgebander. A sharp low profile visual effect can be achieved and is suited to the manufacture of cabinetry carcasses.

Available in widths from 19mm, 22mm, 29mm, 35mm to 45mm - PROCLASSIC 1MM edgebandings are produced by sheet calendaring allowing widths of 16mm to 45mm to be produced. 

TEKTON NATURAL WOOD VENEER EDGING

Multilayered thick veneer edging supplied by the roll.

• Pre-sanded front face requires fine sanding prior to finishing.
• 40grit pre-sanded reverse face & primed with a binding agent.
• Solid adhesion is achieved with all available hot melt adhesives.

TEKTON Multiplex Edging

Tekton multiplex wood veneer edging is produced in Germany on coiled rolls of flexible multi-layered veneer leaf. The incredibly durable construction with finger jointed middle layers ensures the highest possible flexibility for straight line & curved edgebanding.

Recommended for use with UV resistant lacquers.

MAKTHERM EVA HOTMELT

The New Zealand trade has been utilizing the Maktherm Brand of EVA hotmelt adhesives for over 25 years.

Produced in Europe by HB Fuller, Maktherm is known for its excellent adhesion properties and its ability also to bond to many natural substrates.

Maktherm Hotmelt Granules: White, Natural, Transparent, Black.(for machines running 0-15m/pm feed rate request low speed)

Maktherm Hotmelt Cartridges: White, Natural, Black.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

Room and Materials Temperature: 18-20°c
Wood moisture: 8-10%
Temperature at the applicator roll: 190 - 210°c
