Technomelt Dorus hotmelt adhesives support reliable edgebanding across EVA and PUR applications. Hutchco supplies selected granules and Holzher-compatible cartridges for joinery, cabinetry, furniture and interior fit-out production.
A universal EVA hotmelt adhesive for versatile edgebanding. KS 217 is suited to production environments that need reliable bonding across common board materials, including MDF and particle board.
It is a practical option for edgebanders without pre-milling, or where flexibility across different materials and production requirements is important.
A black EVA hotmelt adhesive for edgebanding applications where a dark glue line is required. KS 611 supports colour-sensitive work with dark boards, dark edging or shadow-line design requirements.
A low-viscosity EVA hotmelt adhesive designed for clean running at lower machine speeds. KS 220/1 is suited to slower or older edgebanders and can help improve glue mileage where efficient adhesive use is a priority.
An unfilled EVA hotmelt adhesive available in white or transparent for premium edgebanding finishes. KS 351 is suited to higher-end or visible work where a discreet, closed joint is required.
It is a strong option for demanding profiles and applications where heat resistance and finish quality are important.
Technomelt Dorus cartridges are co-engineered with Holzher for the Holzher Glue-Jet injection system. Each cartridge has a moulded end designed to support accurate feed through the glue cartridge channel.
The cartridge range is manufactured for consistent processing across multiple speed settings. EVA hotmelt cartridges are available in white, natural, black and clear.
