1mm and 2mm natural veneer edging

Tekton natural veneer edging is available in 1mm and 2mm flexible continuous rolls, giving manufacturers a real timber edge with roll-fed processing efficiency.

The 1mm range supports everyday veneer edging requirements across cabinetry, joinery and furniture production. The 2mm range is available in widths up to 65mm, making it a strong option where a thicker, more substantial timber edge is required.

Tekton uses paired veneer layers, micro-jointed in a soft wave-like pattern. This creates stable, flexible rolls while giving the appearance of a continuous natural grain.

Matching grains and varieties are available across eight popular veneer species.

Pre-finished edging can help reduce finishing emissions while improving production consistency by shifting selected coating steps out of the workshop.

Pre-coated using UV and water-based finishing systems to produce exact custom colours. Paper-backed 0.6mm edging, supplied in four pre-slit widths.

Multiplex Birch is a decorative reconstructed veneer edging designed to replicate the exposed edge detail of plywood panels. It offers an economical way to achieve a plywood-look finish across a range of interior surface panels.

Available in 22mm, 29mm and 45mm widths, it gives manufacturers a natural plywood-look edge in a flexible roll-fed format.

2mm multilayered Multiplex veneer edging

2mm multilayered Multiplex veneer edging is supplied pre-sanded and unfinished, ready for coating to suit the final application.

Available in widths from 22mm through to 65mm, it provides a thicker plywood-look edge with consistent roll-fed processing.
